Supervise and mentor a team of support workers
Oversee daily operations and care delivery compliance
Conduct regular staff check-ins, appraisals, and feedback
Monitor incident reporting and participant progress
Ensure quality assurance and service improvement
Your experience should include...
Relevant qualifications in Community Services or Management
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Previous supervisory experience in NDIS or healthcare sector
Knowledge of NDIS guidelines and compliance
High-level communication and organisational skills
- Experience with AWS
- Experience building CI/CD and server/deployment automation solutions
- Experience with open-source puppet, infrastructure-as-code
- Passion for technology
