We’re looking for compassionate and motivated Support Workers to join our care team in Perth. You’ll be working closely with participants to assist them in achieving their personal goals and living independently within the community.
What you'll get to do...
Provide daily living support in home and community settings
Assist participants with personal care, meals, and mobility
Accompany participants to appointments or community activities
Follow care plans and work closely with the clinical team
Keep accurate records and report progress or concerns
Your experience should include...
Cert III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or related field
Previous experience in aged or disability care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Current First Aid and CPR certifications
Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
You might also have...
- Experience with AWS
- Experience building CI/CD and server/deployment automation solutions
- Experience with open-source puppet, infrastructure-as-code
